  • The ICS, ICS Labs and its affiliates (collectively, "The ICS," "our," "us," or "we") appreciate the trust you place in us to protect and store your personal information carefully and in accordance with the applicable laws.

  • The ICS operate websites, provide products and services through mobile and other applications, and develop software, data science and innovation solutions. We refer to these as "service(s)", or "site(s)”, or “solution(s)”

  • This privacy policy applies to our sites, services and solutions in full and a direct link to this privacy policy can be found within our tools or on our website. This privacy policy does not apply to those sites and services that do not display or link to this privacy policy, or that have their own privacy policies. However, we often partner with new companies to expand our business. Some of these companies may operate under their own privacy policies until we align or integrate their privacy practices with ours.

  • This privacy policy applies to all users of our sites, solutions and services and covers what information we collect and why we collect it, how we use the information we collect, and the choices you have to access and update that information. By using our solutions, sites and services, you expressly consent to our collection, use, disclosure, and retention of your personal information as described in this privacy policy. Each time you use our sites and services, the current version of this privacy policy will apply.

  • If you do not agree to this privacy policy, please do not use our sites or services, or write to us expressing your wish to decline the terms of this privacy policy.

  • This Privacy Policy also sets out details of information gathering and dissemination practices. In this Privacy Policy, references to “the client”, “you”, “your” are references to any person, entity, or organisation submitting any personal data to the ICS directly through electronic, documentation or written form in any way, or through the tools, or website of the ICS, or otherwise.

General
  • This Privacy Policy explains how the ICS collects and stores information that identifies and relates to you (“personal information”) and how we use, disclose, and protect such information. The ICS shall use your personal information only in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy. We act in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

  • Personal information is information that can be used to identify, locate, or contact an individual, and includes other information that may be associated with personal information. When you interact with our sites and services, depending on the site or service, we may collect the following personal information directly from you:

  • You can visit the website and browse without having to provide personal information. During your visit to the website, you remain anonymous and at no time can we identify you unless you provide any personal information to us or have previously provided us with personal information.

  • We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. The use of cookies is limited to support this and understand page hits, bounce rates and dwell time on site and pages and geographic region. We do not track IP addresses or any personal information, we use basic Google page hit analytics.

  • We only collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); comments, feedback, reviews, recommendations, and personal profile information, where these are provided in booking appointments through the site, requesting information from The ICS via the website, posting blogs or comments to The ICS blog postings, request to be a member of The ICS and require logon access privileges to members only areas of the website, or through use of our ICS DNA Diagnostic tool. None of this data is shared with any third party outside of The ICS and its associates.

  • Appointment Information, where needed to schedule an appointment or initial consultation through our online appointment service you choose the information you provide to us; if this information is not acceptable then you may directly book an appointment by email: hello@the-ics.com.

  • Responses provided using our ICS DNA Diagnostic will only be shared as pooled or aggregated scores. At no time will individual scores, names, email addresses or job-titles be shared outside the ICS, or individual scores be shared where this could identify an individual. Where personal information is provided as part of this diagnostic this is so that we are able to understand your role and sector and compare you to other similar scores which have been aggregated in the past. We will use your email address provided as part of this to follow up with you directly on your scores and discuss your individual diagnostic responses and how they compare to other aggregated score sets.

  • Please note that we may change, modify, add to, or delete portions of this Privacy Policy at any time. The date for the most recent update will appear at the top of the Privacy Policy. However, please note that it is your responsibility to regularly review the Privacy Policy. If you no longer accept this Privacy Policy or any changes or variations to this Privacy Policy, you must cease using the website. Your continued use of materials from the, or with, the Supplier, the Supplier’s tools and website is deemed as acceptance of this Privacy Policy and any changes thereto.

  • The ICS may disclose aggregated information to third parties about the use of the website, general statistical information about the website and visitors, such as number of visitors, number and type of services provided. The Supplier shall not sell redistribute or rent your personal information to third parties for any purposes.

  • The ICS may use your personal data provided to or collected by us for providing you customised services and content, or in the evaluation of responses using our ICS DNA Diagnostic tool.

  • If you are using any part of The ICS website or any of the ICS tools, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal data under this Privacy Policy (including any other documents referred in the privacy policy).

Storing Personal Information
  • We retain your personal information while you are in touch with the ICS as a prospect, client or as needed to provide you services. Additionally, we may retain personal information even after your engagement with the ICS has been closed if retention is reasonably necessary to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms of Use or any other contract entered into between you and us, or if it is not technically feasible to delete your personal information.

Email and Other Communications
  • Our sites, solutions and services may allow the ICS to communicate with you or other users through our applications, services, solutions or other messaging services, service-branded emails, SMS, and other electronic communication channels.

  • Requested communications include email newsletters and software updates that may be requested by you or which you consented to receive. After you request such communications, you may "opt-out" of receiving them by selecting the email "opt-out" or "unsubscribe" link, or following the opt-out instructions included in each email communication or writing to: unsubscribeme@the-ics.com

  • You may not be able to opt-out of receiving certain email messages where these pertain to the delivery of commissioned or contracted services, products, solutions or where these relate to the undertaking or follow up of any services, solutions or advice requested from the ICS.
